Legendary Skins
Simple post here, which skins are legendary that dont come with player profile borders or summoner icons? And why is it that way?

as cj said legendary skins never come with borders or icons, ultimate is a different higher tier of skins that comes wi6th all that and a bag of chips. however their are some events like the project skins first buyers that game with loading borders. any many skins come out with an accompanying icon like debiner or projects but those are separate to buy
Most legendary skins don't come with icons or profile borders, in fact I can't think of any that do but I might be wrong. Ultimate skins come with icons and borders, but there are only three of them: Pulsefire Ezreal (1 Icon/Border), Spirit Guard Udyr (4 Icons/Borders) and DJ Sona (3 Icons/Borders).
