Chat restricted for 75 games

I would like to thank Riot for their extremely poor disciplinary system they have going on, not only do I receive countless queue waits for either disconnecting or having my laptop overheat, but now I have a 75 game chat restriction to deal with. 75 games. One more time because I can't even wrap my head around this yet, 75 games. I admit, I've had my days where I've raged on League, but to receive 75 games of chat restriction without any proof that my last 2 games were even close to deserving this restriction is completely ridiculous. If anyone has any suggestions as to appeal this, let me know, if I have to ride it out, well then thanks Riot once more.
