Flash: D or F?

on D, but I'm curious.

a4gPMwM96q1 votesI take it on F, because i reserve D for my offensive Summoners. I try to take one offensive, and one defensive. Flash works as both, but if i take it as my offensive, then i put it in D. But normally D is ignite, so there ya have it. F ftw.
