Somehow my summoner account was being played by the same I.P. and now I am perma banned?!

Dear Riot Games,

I have played League of Legends for a couple years now and I love the game. It is very fun for me and my family, but I have hard times not getting mad sometimes. I do have anger issues and it is very hard for me, especially when I play a long game and try my hardest to win but just get with internet trolls. I have been banned in the past due to this and I realized I was on the last straw on my last one. So I decided to take a break from the game itself for a couple of days. This then brought me to a huge problem when I logged back on the game and was proposed with a message.

I got on and the game had said I was perma-banned and I literally almost cried, I had put so much effort into this account and spent my hard earned money on it too. Then I was thinking, I haven't played in a few days how am I banned?! I then put a ticket in once about this and realized I had a really bad virus and I thought this may have something to deal with it. I checked and people had been using my internet and using my accounts and such like that. Like usual the ticked I entered showed me the same automated message so I sent in another one with a big letter explaining myself and thank lord I got a message that was telling me how I had gotten someone specialized in this to check it out. Then a couple of days later I got a email saying that I was doing that acts and the case has been closed...

This devastated me and I started a new account, and play others accounts to have me some fun because I love the game. I also bought some more Riot points to catch up on what I already had on my other summoner account, but then today I decided I wouldn't let this go un-noticed. I guess somehow the virus I had at the time was using my I.P. to use my account un-noticed also, so that's why they said it was me. I really would wish this ban would be lifted, I love the game and my summoner. I have put so much work into the game, and if you can somehow help it would be very nice of you, Any help is appreciated, thanks!
