Bard Chimes spawning across map early game

I just started maining bard, and i really enjoy him, however, i decided to try playing him top when im in solo queue. I'm aware that his chimes are supposed to spawn in his general location, especially early game. However, when i go top, my chimes will spawn on the other side of the map. This is very frustrating, especially since his early game is dependent on getting the first three chimes. Is anyone else having this problem? It would be extremely encouraging to see riot fix this in the next update and fix how and where his chimes spawn.
