Banned [Unjustly] for 3rd Party Programs?

I do not know why I got banned. When I first received the "This account has been banned" message in the client, I assumed it may be for a chargeback from the bank on my mother's credit card. So I went to work and I received an email when I got back home about me "using 3rd party and malicious type programs". I didn't even know a program existed. I play cassio a lot and I know she has been red flagged in the past due to scripting I remember, but I have never used one of these? Like, I have spent probably like $1,000 on League aesthetics and champs ~ and now I'm being punished for something I didn't even do. If someone could help me solve this problem, that'd be great. The only "macro" I use is a keyboard one which types in my password for me. Please help, I don't want to lose my account of like 3 years over some silly thing that I never did.

If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask. I just want this issue solved as fast as possible so I can go back to playing some Lee Sin and Shaco top lane.

I went to that page multiple times. I see nowhere that I can submit a ticket. Any help?

At least you got an email saying what its for. I logged in this afternoon to a 64 game chat restriction and a 35 game ranked ban, no explanation at all. I do rage so the chat restriction makes some sense to me and i dont even really mind it as it helps me focus on the game. But the massive you have to win 35 normal draft games thing is Bullshit! Anyway I hope they respond since there is no way to appeal anymore, at least that I can find. Good luck.

Aye! I got the exact same thing too. I've changed my login screen once, and tried out LSI once. I hated it and got rid of it. But here mine is, currently banned still. I'm trying to get some logic on it. Too much money spent on a game that can screw you over when you least expect it.

I used LoL Wiz or whatever. C9 Sneaky was showing it and it seemed neat. Maybe that is what they found... I just hope to get some answers soon, because I can't start over.

I would suggest moving this over to help and support. Or submitting a ticket to see if you can get a hold of an actually riot employee to discuss it further.

Same thing I am now going through except I've never used any 3rd party programs at all not even LolWiz my accounts from closed beta too so It's driving me nuts having to fight against something I've never done...

I would suggest submitting a ticket to Riot support. That's most likely your best bet. However, try be patient when trying to get someone to talk to, as it will most likely take a while to get a Riot employee.

I got one within 24hrs. To me, that's a really good time line. Especially considering I got an automated message telling me the ticket volume was high.

ohh, i have the same problem. sent 3 tikets to explain that i dont use 3rd party programs on league and the support dosent give a damn about what i say.always the same things. "We work hard to preserve a fair and competitive environment in League of Legends". i try to tell them that i dont spend money to then hack and get banned but yeah riot dosent care and always tell me the same thing. then others hack and dont get banned but i did nothing and i do? ohh ok thx lots of sense and very fair for me thx riot im having fun playing this game!
