sorry man! funny that two ppl make a different post about budget pcs at nearly the same time. Your build is decent. The other guys build will not run league on max settings.

to be honest though, i would wait until thanksgiving if you can and get the stuff then. there are crazy sales on tech around thanksgiving and if you can wait the 6 months, i would. you get better quality components for your budget. you could also save up a little longer and maybe instead of getting the r9 280 get a gtx 970. i know its over $100 more but i bet there will be great sales and that card is really really good! (not that i am against AMD, i have a Radeon HD 7870 myself and am happy with it). Cheers.
