A question about the upcoming Replay System

Will the recording system save files onto your computer that can be uploaded to Youtube? Currently Youtube supports MOV, MP4, AVI, WMV, FLV, 3GP, MPEGPS, and WebM files. Will the replay system turn your recordings into files like these? This would be EXTREMELY helpful to LoL content creators and aspiring creators as they are not required to go out and find/pay for 3rd party recording systems. So does the recording system turn your recordings into files like the above mentioned or is there a plan to have that down the road?
