Tribunal in recess?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Since starting college this fall I've had a lot more free time to play League, since I no longer have sports practices and other extra curricular activities I've participated in during my high school taking up my time, and I've been realizing that about every other game I get a player that is completely disrespectful and toxic to players on the team. It's safe to say that I send more reports in on toxic players than I do actually PLAYING the game. So I'm curious as to how the Tribunal is almost ALWAYS in recess. I know I can't be one of the few players sending reports in on these "players" so I'm extremely curious as to how the Tribunal is never in session. I check into the Tribunal about every other day and the result is always the same. I don't think enough is being done to stop these toxic people in the community and that just really spoils the game for some of us.

The Tribunal's been down for a few months now, for maintenance and upgrading. It'll be back eventually(tm).

Meanwhile, Riot's handling everything internally.

I feel like i am not able to involve myself into the league community as much as i should, because the Tribunal has been down ever since i was able to use it. It is kind of disheartening to think that I cannot do anything to make the games better and more friendly towards all players. i don't feel like I am able to do anything that can help make the game more enjoyable without the Tribunal.... its kinda upsetting. So I agree with GrinncitybeastAJ.

I only reviewed 8 cases...

I feel like Riot should have the Tribunal up even if they're reworking and improving it. No reason to take it down until the new version is ready, right? I mean, I don't know that much about software editing and creation, but they could have recreated a separate version to tweak, right?
