I Get Reported For Losing
I played a game recently in which it was genuinely my fault we lost, I was supposed to recall because their entire team was in our base. I thought they could handle it so I rushed their inhibs and took it down with Tibbers and noticed everyone had died. I started to recall but it was useless, they had taken our turrets and won the game.
Soon afterwards I was reported by everyone on our team for "Verbal Abuse" as I got a notice that said something about it and that I should calm down. I said, "Go ahead and report me because I can't carry a 2v5."
This was a terrible game, I had many deaths and my team was feeding (as usual in a normal game) so it was my responsibility to carry, and I did. We had all their turrets down up to their Nexus late in the game, but Zed and Veigar were just too fed.
My point is, this "reporting" system is ridiculous when you get reported for "Verbal Abuse" after losing a game? I may use a little harsh language, but never against their team (I have all chat turned off because I rage too much and don't accidentally want to hit SHIFT+ENTER and have their team hear it). This game I wasn't raging at all because I was the fed one on our team, I had 10/0 early game... then the Zed hit.
Also, how easy it is to gang up on someone to report them.. Basically just tell your team to report whoever sightly angers them. I would know! I do it all the time! I report someone every other game because they're either assholes who, when in Champion Select, say they got a lane when I CLEARLY called it first (It's an unwritten rule that if someone calls a lane, they get it (I'm sure all you know)), or do feed.
This may seem hypocritical, but I want it to stop. I don't want the ability to report someone for feeding (in a normal game, if someone is genuinely feeding in a ranked game, that's different), that's just dumb and counterproductive. I realize that in severe cases it gets sent to the Tribunal for review, which is a good thing.
