New computer help

I have 500 bucks to spend on just the tower of a computer. I have everything else I need. I want to get the best possible bang for my buck here. I don't care about media of any sort really just want to play league and perhaps Wow or Counter strike at the highest possible settings and whatnot. Thanks for the help. (If this is in the wrong spot please move it not delete it, I don't know where to post and misc sounded the best.

I would set aside $60 in order to purchase some Gunnar Glasses which help improve gameplay and keep strain off your eyes while playing
