Bought Rp not on Acc.
Bought Rp, since I saw money withdrawn from bank acc. Thought it was k to close out the screen and go ahead with a purchase. However, RP still isn;t on the acc. Wut do?

Riot's support staff is really good at helping resolve these sort of issues. Take a screen shot of your card purchase history, block out any of the sensitive info like you name and cc# but leave the bit that says "We took money from you and gave it to riot because of a purchase." Send it off to customer support saying you haven't received the rp you paid for, and ask them nicely to credit it to your account.
They'll probably do a preliminary check to make sure your claim is true and have whatever amount of rp you deserve on your account either today or the next. There's no guarantee, but I find riot's support staff to be really good at resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
