Reports visible?

I played a game about 10 minutes ago where two players on the opposing team where very rude, insulted people when they were killed, etc. I didn't say a word to them the entire game. At the end of the game I reported them only to be surprised when they both noted that I had reported them and began to be abusive about it.

Since when has it been visible that you reported someone? I did some searching but came up with nothing.
