If you look closely at Jinx's tattoo it looks like the arm in the pool party login screen. They are different arms, but I'm not sure if Riot messed up, and the nails were pink and blue, and Jinx likes pink. Please tell me if you feel the same.

Jinx is suppose to be the girl in the pool part splash thing. However i do see your point, in the pool part thing the tatoos were on her left arm and in the pictures the tatoos are on her right arm. I'm sure it might just be a mistake or they decided to change which side the tattoos were on.
