Ult cooldown clock

I'm sure most of us are aware of the little green circle in the corner that tells when allied ultimate abilities become available, but this feature is limited and players will still sometimes call their cooldowns so they can plan accordingly. What I suggest is making that little circle become a clock, that way players could better make decisions based on allied cooldowns.
