Why not make some kind of champion select "kick" option? Every time I dodge because some threatens to feed or troll in some way. Why not allow the rest of the team to kick a player? Unanimously. So, four votes to kick player "x" would kick him from the game and give him the dodging penalty. Good idea, eh? No cost.

Stupid boards ate my post.

The short answer is that people will kick anyone who doesn't play by the "meta" or who uses an unpopular champion.
