Suggestion for Riot

Why not make some kind of champion select "kick" option? Every time I dodge because some threatens to feed or troll in some way. Why not allow the rest of the team to kick a player? Unanimously. So, four votes to kick player "x" would kick him from the game and give him the dodging penalty. Good idea, eh? No cost.
