Ranked is a joke

I have been in bronze 1 forever now because every time i get in promotional games i get trolled and the game is impossible to win. Riot needs to implement something where if a player is acting this way the team can vote to kick them or something. I'm tired of trying to get into silver because of players like this, its impossible to get out of bronze. Please get behind this and everyone share your thoughts maybe Riot will actually listen and fix ranked cause right now its a joke.
