Generic question about streaming

I'm not really popular on Twitch, and hell I'm just a silver player in a game full of fun and interesting people.

However, one of these weekends I want to do a 24 hour charity stream. I wouldn't necessarily be playing one game, but I want to do it really badly. It's a way to combine what I love and give back to the community

I would really love to find a way to advertise and not be stuck playing a game for a good cause by myself. I was hoping some people here might be able to give me an idea on how I can get this out there.

Also: I'm not really exactly sure when this would be, but hopefully sometime in November as I have college to worry about and whatnot.

Couple of tips, may not be relevant for what you want out of this post but here's what I got:

-I use OBS (Open Broadcast Software) to do my streams and recordings, you can do a LOT with that right there alone. -I have a Blue Snowball Microphone, I don't have a boom for it though, but it's not necessary since it has one internally. This mic is pretty High Def for your voice so it really comes in clear. Best place to buy: http://ebay.to/1w3mVcf I usually go ebay since it's more expensive over other sites such as BestBuy and Tiger Direct or New Egg. -If you use a web cam and have the money, get a Logitech 1080p and set the settings to a lower resolution. http://ebay.to/1z6cgD8

Get them brand new, but they are so much cheaper on ebay, that's where I usually buy all my stuff from and I usually never have problems. Also if you want to go more high tech, get a greenscreen and in your video settings on OBS you can Chroma Key the green screen and have a custom picture for your background, it's simple as you can get really, and it's awesome.

Hope this little information helps, not trying to advertise or anything but these items are really good, they are pricey but you get what you pay for and I got my monies worth.

As far as advertising, that's hard to do, you should contact Riot and see if they could help you there depending on what you want to do, details, etc.
