Why would you get to do this at 1000? Who led you to believe this?

There is nothing in game that says you would be able to "get" someone from Riot to play with you at 1000 wins, so unless you write them the most amazing letter ever you might as well start up a random match and hope.

Pick one, just don't pick both otherwise you might look like a jerk. I personally did 1000 SR wins. A lot of others do 1000 normal wins in general.

In the end, you just need to be lucky enough to find a Rioter free around the time of it.

You can just ask Rioters to play with you at 234 wins. They are not special or anything like that and most play the game pretty regularly.
