Mystery gift Issues

So today riot was suppose to gift those who have never been sentenced to a chat restriction, rank restriction, temporary ban, or permanent ban. I don't recall fitting in any of these categories and would like to know if it will ever arrive? Is anyone else having these issues too?

You do know that there are a shitload of players out in the world rit. And supplying them with skins will take time rit.
