Name swap gone wild!!?

So i requested a summoner name swap, I provided all the required information only to get a response from what seemed to be a bot claiming my email did not match the original email on the account, This is a lie. I literally have the emails sent from riot welcoming me to league of legends back in 2013 when i created the account, all emails from first rp purchase, The email confirming I verified the account on this site. The only thing I can see that could have went wrong is my In game name at the time I made this account was "loggah" I had changed it later on with ip to a different name. maybe this screwed up the bot??? Any one have this same problem?
