Extra champion mastery levels?

I am dying to know when the new champion mastery levels (6 & 7) will come out. I have level 5 on Viktor, and it looks pretty good, but I recently saw the icons for levels 6 & 7 online (if they are real), and they look insane, especially 7. Any hints as to when they will be unlocked?
