Does the Tribunal System ACTUALLY work? Why not prove it to us?

No more soloQ for me. I have made it a principle to not be toxic in this game, but others are making it a trying experience for me. I hate it. An overwhelming majority of players have no idea how consistent the tribunal is in improving the player experience and do not fear it. This is completely undeniable.

So why not post who has been punished, their punishment, and for what reason? So, let's get some preemptive counterarguments out of the way first:

  1. This system will suppress and fear-monger– Riot tyranny: No. The tribunal system is community based, correct? It is up to the league community (its actual players) as to who gets punished and who does not. Maybe add the players who made that punishment decision, or very explicitly state that these punishments are community-judged, if anonymity of the players is desired.

  2. I will not be able to say what I want in game anymore: What? You still want to be able to call people mentally deficient in game, for reason ? There are ways to convey the same message regarding in-game performance/judgement that don't harass others and/or make them toxic-lly upset.

Sometimes I don't report because I think it won't matter. I once told someone I was reporting him (for a good reason) and he, more or less, said that the reporting system is a joke and that he has gotten away with everything he has ever said to other players. Do I honestly have to visit the forums to find out that [some] people are actually punished? We're told that a nebulous tribunal exists, but what of it? Right now, a lot of people don't care.
