New Ranking System

So recently I played many games and I started recieving chat bans one after the other(currently at 2) and I never flame in game, proof of that is my Teamwork Banner, 2 in 3 weeks. So can someone help me out with this? And also, ever since I recieved my first chat ban, my MMR tanked so much.
