How to use IP's?
Hello guys, First, I'm sorry for my English, I'm French. Second, I hope the NA community isn't like EUW. Use only one time the EUW board for progress myself (about ranked restrict) and too much stupid reply are given.
I coming here, because a 'stupid troll' on Twitter about "How spend my 43k IP's" redirect me here by @RiotSupport with this message :

Now, I want give some ideas with community for help Riot some options for spend IP's. I understand Riot need RP's for exist, but IP is for player. A buy RP too, and don't know what can I do with thoses.
**The first idea** :
Maybe we can buy champ for friend with IP. Maybe increase the price.
For exemple:

cost 6300 IP
If i offer Rengar at a friend, maybe the cost can be increase at 9300 IP? _
**Second idea**:
Maybe we can buy a skin with IP.. Probably isn't a good idea, because Riot need RP, and some $ for exist, and make World ChampionShip. (;P)
**Third idea:**
Have some IP's, like 40k+, understand have a certain experience in the game. Or, if not experience, it's number of game. Maybe with a minimum require game (750games? 750 Wins?), the player can increase a second account instantly lvl 30?
**The last idea:**
Feel like the third. If we can't buy an instant lvl 30, why can't offer IP/EXP boost at a friend?

Zielmann (NA): One other thing I've thought about would be Spectator Gambling. Like, for the featured games that scroll through the client, let you bet some IP on the winning team. They could even expand this to allow multiple spectators of the same game to chat and wager with one another. Could even make side-pools, like who gives/gets first blood, who takes first drag/baron, or whatever.
