Rioter Games (Questions and Request)

Recently I have seen people request to play with Rioters, and Rioters even respond! Thats awesome to see that Rioters engage with the community like this :) But do I have to have 1000 wins? I believe I have over 500, and a game with ANY rioter would be a great experience as I hope to some day work for Riot. Just want to know if you (rioters) decide or if it has to be 1000+ normal wins. If you decide, Id love to play one in around 2 hours when I am able to. Thanks for reading!
