Chat improvement idea?

Do you ever find yourself yelling at the laptop, as if your fellow team mates can hear you?

Let's be honest, we've all been there, you're in a fight, you can't type but you're yelling at the laptop for your support to shield you or for someone to use their ult.

I know that it'd be pretty difficult to somehow add skype software into League so you can talk to your team, but what about voice recognition that types for you? You hold down 'alt' or something and it registers what you say and posts in chat for you. Not only it'll make the game better by making it less stressful because communication is key but it could also use filters so that people don't flame.
