Just thinking out loud here but has anyone else ever wondered what to do with your 400 starting RP. Sure you could buy a summoner icon but that's about it. What if Riot made a 400 skin. It would allow people to have a skin who don't have the cash to spend on League or don't have the skill to do tournaments.
