Shaco, best jungler?

People seem think you need to at least be able to 1v1 a squishy champ to be a "late game champ" Shaco late game gives vital peels. If he's diligent in throwing boxes when they leave cooldown, the CC is invaluable, he has amazing back door potential late game (when build AD), and if you dont immediately throw that shiv, his perma slow is awesome. I'm not claiming you said he's useless, but if a Shaco is struggling late game to benefit the team, he's just not a good Shaco.
