SOMETHING needs to be done about TOXICS in low level

I have 3 level 30 accounts, and I just made another that I was planning on leveling to 30. I love having multiple accounts for ranked, but what I DONT love is the process to get there.

It's not that it takes forever, or that I get bored of stomping low levels, its THE AMOUNT OF TROLLS.

LIKE HOLLY SHIT SERIOUSLY? Every game there are at least 2, usually there are 2 PER TEAM. The second they die they get upset about people smurfing (even though by their cs, they are obviously smurfing too) then they go on inting the rest of the game, or flaming other low levels about how bad they are. IM DIAMOND AND THEY OCCASIONALLY FLAME ME FOR BEING BAD. WTF? I understand if you were DOING bad. But the worst I've done on this account so far is 10/4 AND I GOT FLAMED FOR "FEEDING"

I have NO IDEA what should be done, but the amount of toxics in these games is unbearable... SOMETHING needs to change.
