I have been in two different lobbies with people that have gotten S ranks, and i haven't received a chest. I also haven't received a single key fragment from any of my games played. Now i maybe miss reading how this works, but I assumed that after about 7 games that i would receive at least one fragment, or a chest for someone in my lobby getting a S rank. Any help would greatly appreciated thanks.
Kaleidos2 votesNot getting keys is just poor luck, they're a uncommon but not impossible to get. But as for the chest issue, I have to ask if you've already received a chest this week, because you're limited to earning 1 per week (additionally, it's once per Champion each season).

Yep, it's one per week up to possible of four per month. You can track that on your summoner profile too.

Meanwhile more than half of the people on my friends list earned their 4 chests this week.....Please link me where the "Red confirmed" lol You get 1 new "earnable" chest per week but if there are 4 chests that you haven't earn yet, you can earn all 4 of them on the same day. http://www.auplod.com/u/uopadl6d63e.png

I misread the OP, my post is accurate in context of what I thought was being asked. I didn't mean that you unlock a chest once per week, I meant that you gain an unlockable chest once per week (I probably should've used better wording than "earn", that's entirely my fault for this misunderstanding).

Terozu1 votesKey's are entirely random, and when not partied you have to get the S yourself, you can get one chest for each champ owned every month, but you have to get an S with them to get the chest. You're probably just a little unlucky.
