Teambuilder Ranked Idea?

After playing ranked for a bit and playing teambuilder, I was thinking of a way that the two could intersect. Personally, I hate getting into groups where people judge everything based on first pick. It causes people to leave games or be frustrated.. or get stuck with roles they aren't good at, at all (me in top lane for example ._.)

Ive been trying to think of ways that could possibly make this work, and my thought is that you could join a group after picking a lane. After picking a lane and everyone ready's up, they will be able to then ban and pick like a normal ranked game.. but there would be no more fighting for three mid laners. Just a thought and could use a lot of improvements and or denies xD I just think it might help a little bit in the ranked world.

Anyone have other ideas or feedback?
