RP Problem

Hi Riot, I've been having an RP problem lately. I bought a 10$ card yesterday and tried to put it in. It was giving me and error saying something with the value was wrong and that I should try it later. I waited for a few hours and it said that I have exceeded the max number of attempts and should try later. I tried it again this morning and it is saying the same thing. Could someone help me out with this, or do I just need to wait longer to put the code in?

Edit; tried it again and its still not working. What am I supposed to do?

Edit: K then, I tried a couple of seconds after posting the first edit, and it works. Well thanks for all the help guys
