Question about harrowing...

So i dont really care when the harrowing is coming, but i would like to know if they are gonna be bringing back the skins from previous years (preferably last year.)

I didnt have the rp/money to get ravenborn last year when it came out, which is a shame because leblanc is my main and i would very much like to get the one skin i do not own for her.
