New Game Mode Idea??

I was Wondering if you guys have ever thought about implementing a game mode where all skins were unlocked for each champion. So that we could play with certain skins to test them out and see which ones we prefer most so we could purchase them. I know you could just look up videos or pictures but it's a different experience to me if I'm the person playing the champion with certain skins. I am unsure if this is possible to do but it would be pretty cool to have a game mode that we could choose any skin to think about purchasing them potentially.
