1000 wins?

I heard that at 999 wins a Riot employee would play with you for your 1000th win. is this true or do they not do that anymore? if it is true I would enjoy playing with a Rioter and am currently at 997 999 wins (see pic). If they still do this how do I contact them? with a support ticket?
