Question about Low Priority Queue

To make a long story short, I'm going in a Low Priority queue for my next five games because I have shitty internet.

Now, I'd like to point out I AM NOT COMPLAINING. I know that, even if the issue is outside of my hands, it's still bad for the rest of my team for me and my DCing ass to leave, and I plan at yelling at my service provider later today or tomorrow (There is no way we're paying for an internet that can be PREDICTED to go out at 9PM nearly every day).

Anyway, my question is: Does low priority queue only get used up in PvP games, or do bot games count towards it? I would assume not, but I just want to be sure.

Any game mode you have to join a queue for will count toward your number of low priority queue games, as far as I know. You can check easily by just hopping into a queue and seeing the pop-up before it actually puts you in the queue with everyone else!

I don't think it works. I just received the same ban (5x20min) because I have garbage internet and could not reconnect after a disconnect. I played 4 normal draft games and to get rid of the 5th I tried to play a bot game. It counted down from 20 etc. and I finished the game, only to get the low priority counter again when I tried to enter a ranked game... Extremely frustrated at this because it was not my fault, and despite completing the queue 5 times, I still have to wait once more. Will update if low priority goes away after this normal game or not... otherwise my account may be bugged.
