Anyone know of any good support main streamers?

I'm getting back into league after about a year off and I'd love to find a good streamer to watch, since this would help me get back up to date on the meta and just help me improve in general.

Ideally I'd prefer to watch someone who is platinum or higher, but I'd watch a gold player as being bronze level they are still better than me. XD Definitely extra points if they explain why they are doing various things and come across as friendly overall.

Any suggestions?
