Ok so to get things started. I keep finding People who play annie mid and as soon as they use her Q Their mana bar goes back to full, and to make matters worse she has 40% or higher cooldown in the beginning of the game. So if you can see this in your head. Its an annie mid spamming Q and never losing mana. Simple as that. The first time i saw this i just reported the guy but i saw this a second time and decided to post it so everyone knows if its an annie mid and she is regenerating mana. You are facing a hacker mid instead of annie. Its bad enough you get beat by this Annie I just want to show Riot some people are screwing with your game. I would like to show you the video but a swore up and down. Oh and just to point out I only saw these Annie Hackers in Ranked. And i've read in the forums that its pretty easy to find hacks and use them on league. Just saying, please fix this. Im tired of getting a hacker mid in ranked

Good sir. Maybe you've never played Annie? Here's the tooltip from her Q (Disintegrate):

** Annie blasts target enemy with a fireball, dealing magic damage. If Disintegrate kills the target, it refunds its mana cost and its cooldown is halved.**

Her Q will refund the mana cost and half the cooldown once it kills a target. They aren't hackers. They just know how to play Annie.

..You relize if she kills a target with her Q the mana is refunded.. Right?

I just played against an annie hacker in a normal game, on my smurf account. ITS CLEARLY A HACK. I dunno what the guy above me is complaining about, cus it doesn't seem like hack. But what i witnessed is a LEGIT HACK. I have video proof as well. hmu if you want to see it @Al Halal
