I love how some people that are plat 5 with %50 win rate but has a %45 silver 5 in flex

Can someone tell me how I get que up with a boosted plat 5 with 50 win rate but has a 45 win rate silver 5 in flex. Loses games against bronze to silver players. Even has the guts to tell me that there is no difference between silver and plat players.
