When is Winter Summoner's Rift being released?

Just curious, is all. I keep updated with Surrender At 20 all the time, and during their 6.23 PBE notes, they would leave a comment that said "Watch for Winter Summoner's Rift on 6.24!"

Is there something I missed? Will it be released 7.1? Thanks in advance!

Soon 7.1. If it wasn't released yet, it won't be until the next one.
