How do I Carry Myself out with These People?

Well, people say if you get placed in Bronze, you must deserve it and honestly i'm fine with being placed in Bronze, because i know i can carry myself out, i did it last season. Only problem is, how am i suppose to carry myself out when all i get paired with in SoloQ are the trolls and AFK'ers? As i show in the picture above of a Champ Select Chat from earlier games. Yes, that is an actual in Champ Select chat of Bronze 3 players, and as you can read someone has the Summoner name JayceMidTop , well he said he wants Jayce and he wants to either Mid or Top... when the other team banned Jayce, he stated that he was gonna troll if no one dodges and as you ca see from the rest, that he was prepared to lose, well we went into game and he did troll us, he pick Azir and said "1st time Azir" and we then got trolled.... So my question is, does anyone have advice of how to get out of Bronze this season, because the luck is against me here and i for some reason get paired with all the Trolls and AFK'ers?
