just south of carry

I've been playing aram for awhile now, and I'm consistently the best or second best on my team, but I don't think I'm quite good enough to carry. This has led me to lose the last 17 out of 21 games. My record is now 97 - 114. Makes me wanna cry in a corner. Looking at the matches, it's obvious I would HAVE to carry to win, when teammates go 0 - 17 - 1 and 2 - 14 - 8 in the same game. At one point my winning percentage was 50% or a little better, but out of those 21 games I've rolled annie like 8 or 10 times?! How is that possible? I get good numbers (15 - 6 - 11) in the last game with annie, and we still lose because while good, those aren't carry stats, when the rest of your team is bombing. Plus -----> wtf riot? Annie almost half of my rolls?
