Launcher not opening

I click on the launcher and the little bar loads about half way and then the whole app just shuts down. I have tried uninstalling multiple times still no luck please help

Figured it out if anyone is having the same issue. AVAST recognized an extension as a virus. Just open the quarantine list and add it to exclusions
