My friends have all gotten them. But I haven't received one. TO the best of my knowledge I've never been punished for anything.

Same thing happened to me. I even checked my other NA account and I still haven't gotten a gift.

I haven't gotten mine yet either. They did say that 95% of the playerbase was going to get the gifts, so it might take a while.

They are still going out... we just have to wait. I know a few that have them and other that haven't.. so just gotta give it time.
