Third time getting 34 game ranked restriction. Done with it.

This is the third time. Im not even toxic. after the first restriction i stopped talking all together. Seems like im on the naughty list now and after like 5 reports, no matter the reason, i get automatic 34 game restrictions. After wasting over 300$ on my account, i decided to just say fk it and make a new one. There is an obvious problem with the tribunal system, and riot refuses to fix it. No matter what i do, no matter how many times i get honored, i still get the restrictions. I do amazing and carry 100 games, get reported in 5 of them, and i get 34 restrictions. Thats how the tribunal sees it.
