lvl 30 can play with lvl 10s
im playing against a lvl 30 right now and it is so stupid he can two hit at lvl 4 because of his masteries and idk how he got into my queue cause I'm only 11

They probably have a friend that is around your level that they queued with. It probably feels a bit unfair, but unfortunately the best you can do for now is stick it out to 30.
