A cool change to Trundle and Anivia.

I feel like it would be a neat idea to give Anivias spell: Crystallize and Trundles spell: Pillar of Ice the ability to intercept and block a single turret shot then once it gets hit the wall or pillar shatters. I don't think this will make them OP or anything I mean Pantheon has a turret block and Anivia and Trundle are both underplayed champions and this would bring a very interesting change to their mechanics.
