lolking guide issue

Firstly, I know that this probably isn't the right place to post this, but there is no discussion for things like this elsewhere and their support system has been of no help to me.

Basically, I have a lolking guide that I am not able to edit as whenever I go to the page it gives me a 404 not found. This happens for all of my guides and has been happening for at least a year. I have sent multiple support tickets and their suggestion is to "log in and it will work". Needless to say I am, of course, logged in when I am trying this. I have tried multiple browsers, logging in and out, manually adjusting the URL to the edit link, and nothing gets me past the 404 which tells me that it is on their end.

Does anyone have contact with support at lolking or have any suggestions for how to get them to respond to me?

TL;DR: Can't edit my guides on lolking, support has been no help.
