Denying Season Rewards

Hello. I've got banned for 2 weeks in July because I sometimes got reported cause I had connection issues caused by my PC which I fixed by now, some people that reported me for nothing because they were mad that I didnt play like they wanted me to and because I flamed one troll ( 0/20 Mid ) in a Ranked game. I got punished for my behaviour with a 2 week ban, 70 Chat Restrictions and 35 Ranked Game Restrictions. I've waited the two weeks and got the Restrictions down. Last night I reached Gold for the first time since I started playing and was really really happy about it. Now Riot comes a few hours later and tells me, even though I invested Hundreds of hours and a lot of work in this game to finally get what I deserve, they deny it for something I did a while ago and which I already got punished for.

I want to show what I mean by a little example: If a judge punishes someone by sending them to jail for let's say 2 weeks, he can't just come back to the one that he punished after these 2 weeks and punish him even more for the same thing he got already was in jail for.

You can't just come back after I had my punishment of 2 weeks banned and all the restrictions and tell me I don't get my rewards I deserve after all the time and work I spent on this game. I am okay if you say everyone that gets banned from now on will not get a season reward, but not people that got banned before.

I really really hope this gets through to riot.
